The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. She had no interest in helping me with what I was told by the State Farm corporate representative that ANY office could do.
I called at 9:05AM, 5 minutes after the location opened, and she said that they were too busy to have me come in and fill out an application for a State farm bank auto loan. She put me on hold and left me there for 15 minutes before putting me through to David Grossberg's voicemail.
I called back and was once again sent to David's voicemail. I left him a voicemail, telling them that I needed to put in the application

So i decided to get new insurance since i was paying a little to much with infinity. 130$ to be exact. i found out from my boyfriend that he had been with State farm for a really long time and that they treated him really well over the years. So i made the decision to go with State Farm.
I call up State farm and set up and account i clearly specify I'm on a budget and im looking for something specific low deductible low collision and full coverage, so they cut me a deal at $117 a month. which wasnt a huge savings but i was still happy with it until Roger the guy who helped me out messed up
