Welcome to Cumberland River camp ground, where our serene atmosphere is guaranteed to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. My family and I stayed in the Large Cabin. We had the best time. Don and Tammy treated us like family. We've made memories that will last a lifetime. Fishing, eating, kayaking and just sitting around laughing and enjoying life.

This was a wonderful get away for the weekend!!! The owner just lives right up the road from the campground. He came around to check on everyone, and he is just a very sweet man. There were many young children for my granddaughter to play with. They had a blast playing at the playground there. The other campers were very friendly and courteous. There is a creek right by the campsites for everyone to fish or go canoeing. It's a really well kept place. Water and electric hook ups. He doesn't charge a lot either. We had a great time!! Will definitely be going back. My granddaughter was sceptical about

My 4x4 club CORE attended the 2019 Jeep Jamboree in Williamsburg. We decided to stay at Cumberland River Campground. It is a small, beautiful, clean and family oriented place. They have a larger cabin, a smaller and simpler cabin and 6 full hook ups. Not to mention space for tents. The brothers took the larger cabin and loved it; the guy who drove his jeep took the smaller cabin. I backed my camper into the closes spot. I was surprised that is was full all weekend since it is off the beaten path. It also has no wifi and very weak cell service, “Perfect” when you are trying to disconnect and

I stayed in one of the cabins at this campground while on a road trip. Not only was the cabin itself immaculate, but the entire grounds were gorgeous. As luck would have it there was a storm rolling in over the river which I got to watch sitting in the rocking chairs on the patio.
I had a chance to chat with the owner, who set it all up near his home after a lifetime of working. He maintains the grounds himself and he built the cabins with his own hands. He clearly puts his love into this place and it shows.
