I am not happy!
I just paid $90 for my comforter and Bedspread to be done, and I got Home with everything still wrinkly and everything smelling like cigarettes bad!
I do not smoke and neither done anyone in my home, they were clean and smelled fresh when I dropped everything off, they just needed pressed.
I called and I got an ear full on how that isnt possible because no smokers touched my items, and no smoking near or in the building. Well it did!? They offered to try again and that's all. NOT HAPPY!

Very professional, excellent cleaning, done on time. Best cleaners around.

Very bad service, the wedding dress was dirty and remained, they did not clean it, and the money was never returned !! I do not recommend this dry cleaning to anyone

I recently brought in a dress to the NW Blvd location. I have no idea what the yellow stains were but Beacon said they couldn't get them out and charged me $17. They couldn't even remove the sweat stains!? I immediately went to the store to buy dye and came across Grandma's Secret Spot Remover. It took me roughly 10 minutes to treat and rinse the dress. Lo and behold, the stains are gone! If a professional can't do what I did in under 20 minutes then why bother trusting my garments to them?
TL;DR You'd be better off treating your stains at home!

Store refuses blankets due to light dog hair. (Hardly any) and fully rude about it. Not sure why they are in business if they refuse it? Woman couldn't have been ruder.

Always friendly. The job is done by the time they say it will be. Only once was that not the case - because they weren't satisfied with the outcome the first time! They let me know they were working to make it right

They were able to get cat pee out of my wedding dress for only $25! I'm so amazed! And eventhough she quoted me a week, they were done the very next day! I love this place. Shop local, you get the very best business that way!

They held on to our comforter for 2 years and still didn't get rid of it. They got in touch with us thinking something had happened to make us forget it was there and they were correct. Even though it was an item all the employees would've loved to take home they still got it back to us. THANK YOU BEACON CLEANERS!!!! (It was very clean)

We just moved to town and tried Beacon for the first time. They took suits, ties, and nice dress shirts of my husband's. They didn't give me a receipt which was strange. They lost all of the dress shirts which are valued at over 300 dollars. No remorse, they argued with my husband that the shirts were never there. Terrible customer service, logistical nightmare, will NEVER use them again.

Just an update on the problem with my son's letter jacket and called the third time today to speak to owner. I called twice before in the last 2 weeks and nothing. I also noticed on the previous review it listed me as being in California which I am not.

Judy at Beacon try to tell me again that they are just a middleman and not responsible since they send it off to leather cleaners. Obviously she does not know that in a business the middleman is the one that is responsible since they are the one that accepts the item. I cannot prove how the end business received the jacket. Money Savers!
I Really appreciated the honesty! I was told that they followed the directions on the tags and if your item says "hand wash" they will hand wash it. The lady in the front saved me time and money. Thank you.
I had asked if they did their cleaning in house I was told they send the dry cleaning items out. She didn't mention another location who did dry cleaning in house (I had asked). I also asked how they clean comforters. She said they use a large commercial washer and hang the comforters to dry. Once again she saved me more money. I can do this at home.

I did my dry cleaning for the first time here last week and clothes looked great only bad thing was that 3 pairs of my pants were missing. After a week of waiting they finally found them and had payed for all pair to be cleaned. All in all they do a fantastic job I just wish that there was a ticket given to the person I had dropped them off with so when I called they didn't question If I had actually brought them in. I will rate at 5 starts if I get a perfect experience next time I go in.

I love this place. I brought in a garment that no one was able to clean and it the stain was gone. I will not use anyone else..

I took a "dryclean only" skirt in that had silver sequins on it. When I dropped it off, the girl had me sign a waiver "in case the sequins fall off, but they feel like they're on there good". I picked up the skirt today and the sequins are TOTALLY ruined and completely flat from being pressed incorrectly with maybe a combination of chemicals.

The two employees were barely apologetic, were shrugging their shoulders and had no explanation. The one was more concerned with pointing out the spot that was on my skirt when I brought it in. I could have hand washed it and then

I take my king size comforters here because they just won't fit in my washer. It's about a week turnaround and costs me about 35 each...they are nice and fluffed up when I got them back and they even came packed in individual cases (like the ones you buy them in). Friendly service, I'll be back again soon as I have some other stuff to wash. Thanks!
