I had no heat, my furnace kept turning on and off and my usual guy wasn't available and sent over a friend, but it wasn't what they had thought and recommended that I call Murrays who wanted 100 to walk in the door, the other person though it was possibly an expensive issue. So, read these reviews and gave a call. Was told an hour and Jason was here in twenty minutes. He was professional and friendly. My mother told me to call a certain HVAC. I called them, and apparently they didn’t need to answer the phone even being open 24/7. So I googled HVAC repair and Shane and Sons came up. Ic called them and within 3 rings picks up with a professional opening. Now I am bought in. I explained my situation and he got a technician out to my house within an hour or so. The technician was very intelligent and his listening skills were top notch. He told me my unit needs to be replaced seeing as it’s 30 years old but assured me we would be back up and running tonight. So I am going to use this company

I called Shane & Sons to look at my furnace, which of course decided to fail on one of the coldest days of the year. Shane was at my house within about 2 hours of my call and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. I was impressed that he had the replacement part with him and no return visit was needed. Very friendly and professional service at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future.
