Since we started in 1999 we have sought to deliver quality construction work to each home owner that we have had the privilege to work with. We have endeavored to maintain clear and proactive communication throughout the project cycle, and to address any and all questions that have arisen. Al replaced our roof in April of 2014 after we experienced hail damage.
He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in the work that was completed. He was extremely flexible in working with us and coordinating inspections since it was an insurance claim. He gave us a great finished product that is functional and great to look at. He went over and above the initial job due to issues from previous builders to help us remedy ventilation problems and even guided us through additional add-ons we requested.

Diligent Builders did a roof for us and we were thrilled with the outcome. They were prompt, courteous, and Adolfo Araya was a consummate professional. From the time we discussed the job, through the pricing, the execution, and follow-up, we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The roof looks great and will no doubt continue to look like that and protect our structure for many years to come. My home is late Victorian, over 120 years old. Diligent Builders (Al Araya) and his crew repaired a severely worn and water damaged roof and soffit on the main building. They also added an overall rubber membrane and gutters to a leaking flat roof over the kitchen. Interior remediation to water damaged ceilings in both places. The projects went smoothly, and the results are first rate. Al worked closely with my insurance company. Al really knows the building trade, is personable, professional, and his skilled crew are amazingly hard workers. Highly recommended! Jeff, Northborough, MA.

They replaced our roof and repaired our gutters last month. They came and finished on time, did a quality job and cleaned up thoroughly. Adolfo,the owner, was on-site the whole time and worked alongside his team. He communicated at every step and was a consummate professional.
