I have a 2017 WR450 that began having starting problems. I eliminated all of the common issues and replaced some parts that were a little out of spec, but still had the same problem. I took it over to Epic on October 4th. They diagnosed it as a valve issue. I let them know that I had a ride on the weekend of the 15th that I really didn’t want to miss and was hoping to get the bike back by then. They did a full top end and had the bike back to me on the 14th. The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable . Great communication and a fair price.

Epic is a disappointmenu. ny family has been with them for years but they continue to not meet the expectations that they claim to make. about 8 months back, our water pump failed and had to get it replaced on our rzr. they promised to have it back by July, and it is now April 20th and we just now got it back, although we were happy we finally got it back, the entirety of the exaust was not installed properly and not only that, but our rzr is currently not turning on and Is on the side of the road awaiting pickup. Thank you epic /:

How much money are you missing out on not being open when the community has the most free time. Weekends and after 5. I know at least 1500 to 3000 from me. I understand employees need time with their families. But just think how much more you could make If you were open until 6 during the week and 4 hours on Saturday.

I wanted to share a pretty disappointing experience I had with the Epic Powersports and the owner Tommy McDonald. Tommy had advertised a brand new never used Force Turbo kit for their shop Polaris General. I had reached out to Tommy and expressed interest. I asked Tommy if this was a turn key kit? Tommy’s response was, “yes sir, comes with everything you need to install on the machine”! Unfortunately, this was not the case AT ALL!! The turbo kit was missing the oil return pump, had a bad turbo seal, and most importantly, did not come with the map sensor that provides the additional fuel needed

We purchased a used Polaris RZR1000 from Epic. We also added on a few extras; Winch, Seatbelts and Front Bumper. The accessories that came in were installed in time for our scheduled vacation. The other items were installed when they arrived in a timely manner.
Tommy and Matt were very easy to work with.

Called to ask about some atv repairs, wasn't helpful at all. Told me could be $100.00 to $1000.00. Then tells me to take a few pictures and he maybe able to give me a better estimate. So I did and after I stopped by with photos he actually said it would be about a grand. I need 2' $15.00 gasket replaced... but tried to tell me why he would just overhaul the whole motor. Really I know I'm a woman but I'm not stupid guys. Good luck

Received absolutely fabulous service for my son's RZR 170 side by side. Classic Power Equipment had it for 10 weeks and did nothing but move it further back in the stack of vehicles to service. Epic stayed after hours to receive the unit, repaired it within an hour, and completely detailed the machine prior to giving it back to me. There is no better service in Traverse City!

Matt and the fellas at Epic are fantastic! They were the ONLY one's in Northwest Michigan that could get my "extremely popular" UTV tire (Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 - that nobody had in stock) in one day. They had it installed and even let me pick it up AFTER business hours! They totally saved my vacation!!
