Bell Tire & Auto Service

I'm new and have been there a few times. They've treated me well. They informed me of what needed to be done with the most reasonable cost.

We recently moved to Glendale, Arizona from Lancaster, PA & had to find a new auto repair shop within our first two weeks here. We found Bell Tire & Auto through our AAA club. We have been very pleased with their prompt repairs, pricing, & friendly staff. Dave, Jeremy, & Shawn have all been great to interact with & treat us fairly.

This is an excellent shop, they went above and beyond, on short notice, to make sure that I passed emissions. And they made it happen!

Dave of Bell Auto and Tire provides exceptional service with honesty and integrity. We have had multiple repairs and service over the past few years and we have never been disappointed. Took my daughters car in today after receiving an estimate from the dealership. The dealership had provided inaccurate information on repairs needed. In a short amount of time Dave was able to identify the problem and repaired my daughters car for less than half of what we were quoted for parts that were not the cause of the issue I highly recommend Bell Auto and Tire.

I almost never leave reviews, but I had such a fantastic experience here I had to share. I had a power steering leak in my Honda. Dave took me to look at my car and showed me where the leak was and a few other things that needed looking into. It was the first time a mechanic had ever actually showed me the problems on my car instead of just telling me. This is a really honest shop and the pricing is very competitive. As usual, Bell Auto took very good care of me. I knew there was a possibility that I was going to need a new oil pan, because of an issue with drain plug. But after close inspection a prior repair I had done in Chicago, while on business, was done well enough that a new oil was not required. I have had experience with many automotive repair shops over the years, but only a handful of honest ones. Bell Automotive is one of the best. Bell Tire was great at mounting and balancing the tires/rims I bought online! Didn't scratch up the rims and was able to help me when Firestone told me to eat crow. Was easy to schedule an appointment and have reasonable rates. Thanks BT!

Under the quote. Yep, repair cost less than quoted. We were stranded in Glendale due to overheated engine and water pump failure. Did some looking around on Yelp for somewhere good in the area. Tip: No matter where I live or travel to, I always find my mechanics from Yelp reviews and I get the honest, fast and fair shops. This was no exception. We live in Tucson and my hubs got 2nd degree burns on hand during the overheating so I had to arrange everything while I was at the emergency room. These mechanics were super! On behalf of my wife, Laura McCormick. This place is fantastic. First rate customer service. I (Colby) am very leery of most auto shops due to many previous bad experiences. My wife brought her older Toyota Camry in due to a check engine light. She needed it fixed to get it through emissions. Jeremy, Josh, and Dave were very helpful. This shop is awesome, very friendly and professional. I recently purchased a set of Goodyear tires for my Explorer. I also got an oil change, new wipers, cabin and air filter. This was all done on a Saturday in a matter of few hours. Great staff and great service!

I have been working with Dave and crew for about 30 years now thru many vehicles. Yesterday when my truck was ready after normal service he came out and said that they replaced the battery at no charge because it wasn't holding a charge and was just about to leave it's warranty period. Saved me a pending mess when it soon would't start and quite a bit of money. Thanks guys for the many years of great service.

Made an appointment on Thursday but when I got there on Saturday they didn't have it in their schedule. But they said it was fine and they'd take my car. I got an used car inspection for cheap $50 bucks and they gave me a print out of all they found. Later that day I called because I wanted more info on one of the issues they found and the mechanic spoke to me directly and explained everything very well. I'm so happy I took my now car here. Drove to Cali very happy.

So I'm always so hesitant to go anywhere for car repairs especially when it involves emissions testing as well but I trusted in my Triple AAA person and called and scheduled a diagnostic and possibly car work. So I dropped off the car on Saturday, anticipating a call that finally came in and to my SURPRISE the estimate was perfectly under budget and repairs were done within 2 hrs, my car has tags now and I trust and will bring all of my cars here! They did exactly what I wanted in the time I needed No gimmicks, no BS ! Thank you Bell tire!

Been coming here for 13 years! Service is always excellent, busy place and sometimes takes longer than usual, but are always glad to drop you off and pick you up.

Terrible service. I always cringe when I have to reach out to the retail world to have work done on my cars. This time I didn't have the resources to do the work myself and needed some help. I needed to have one of my tires repaired with a patch-plug. I called Bell Tire and spoke with Zach about the repair and he said bring it down and I'll look at it. I took the wheel and tire off the car so they didn't have to rack the car and spend more time than necessary. I showed up about 15 minutes after the phone call and went inside. Needed a tire rotation. Took ~3 hours to do something that should have taken 15 minutes. The vibration was so bad, I had to have someone else do it right the next day. While I was waiting, I asked about changing a hose, got a quite for $400.... right....

Terrible service. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am for an appointment its 4pm and its still not done. The technician was very rude. They have given me zero updates on my vehicle and I had to call at noon before they even started working on it. Apparently an appointment means nothing.
Prior to this incident I would go in for an oil change, which would take at least an hour and I know for a fact that oil changes only take about ten minutes and it would still take an hour when I had an appointment.

I had been going to Bell Tire and Auto for a few years and brought many cars in for service. I was on a first name basis with Jimmy and Robert in there. They made me feel like a valued customer and I felt as if they were honest with their customers. Their prices are competitive just like anywhere else. At one point they had started some card system that you could sign up and get points and after so many points, you get a coupon for an oil change.

Quick service, but overpriced. When I needed a repair on my truck, I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt initially. Since then, I have double checked pricing of several other repair shops within minutes of this place in hope to be reassured of what I paid for service to see if I would use them for all my service needs. I was disheartened to find out I overpaid for my repair.

These guys are truly the best! They are always honest, more than accommodating and go above & beyond to make life easier when car troubles are typically frustrating and inconvenient.

I am in love with Bell Tire and Auto. I understand this is an odd place to be in love with (as it is an auto repair shop) but it is wonderful! Many years ago (over 8 years) I needed to get my car fixed and a friend at work suggested them to me. Both of my parents also use their services and we have never disappointed.
