Select Title employees are not professional at all, and when they make mistakes they do not hold themselves accountable. They made a mistake and cut quite a sizable check (3k) to the wrong place and when confronted, they said they don't intend to do anything about it and then they hung up on me!! I would not recommend them to anyone!ðŸ˜

I would NEVER recommend using this company to anyone. They waited until the very last minute at 5P the day before we were closing on our house to tell us there was a problem. Instead of telling us earlier in the day when they found out, they tell us last minute. And now, over a year later I’m being transferred to Beaumont Texas so I am selling my house. Just for it to be another problem that this company dropped the ball on. They never went back & made sure our house had discharge papers & were in the clear with the previous owners & their mortgage company. So, before we can even get cashed out

No issues with the paperwork in the end, although we did find mistakes in the initial closing estimates. Communication with our agent was horrible. Basic questions would have to asked several times before answering (if at all) and when she did, contrite and impolite. Other examples like requesting documents from agent with all buyers on the email and getting no reply only to find out it was separately. The agent knew we were 3 purchasing partners in different locations and timezones and still couldn't communicate professionally. The experience of my partners on closing day in person was the same
