First when I was in the market to purchase a home, and was working with another Realtor who was getting nowhere. Darlene agreed to meet me, found out who I was, what I wanted, and took me on. Darlene helped me identify relatively inexpensive changes to the property that would help raise the sale price. Darlene was able to provide access for contractors to my property while I was away traveling.

If you are looking for a real estate agent that is knowledgeable, listens and helpful in getting your property sold then Darlene Perry is that person. She not only helped me sell my condo but found vendors and project managed the upgrades prior to the sale which was not an easy task given the demand for good contractors. Whenever I had questions she promptly responded and when decisions needed to be made she provided guidance with the pros/cons but let me ultimately decide what I felt most comfortable doing. My brother, who is an RE broker in Sacto area referred me to Darlene. She had done some showings for him in the Bay Area. Darlene is a consummate professional, she made the whole process of selling our home smooth and efficient. We reviewed the process together, our questions were always answered to our satisfaction and Darlene always went the extra mile, providing advice and referrals that served us well throughout the home selling process. Darlene helped us with our first buy in 2013. She has a lot of patience and always response to our calls and emails right away. It was a long journey, there were times when we felt like giving up.
