Trying to get your athlete to fix a bad habit through practice is challenging. When we worked with Caryn to help make the changes through mental training it made a world of difference and we saw the changes we were looking for. These changes were noticeable in competition. I came for help with motion sickness in the fall of 2020. My goal was to be able to ride as a passenger in the car and to go to Holy Hill. I made that goal- and more! Here is a picture of me in the front of the… car for the Slinky Dog Dash ride at Walt Disney World this past February! “Old Carla” would have been toast! “New Carla” did all the rides with no hesitation and I had a wonderful time with my family! Our 17 year old daughter was struggling with confidence. Confidence she desperately needed to be the person she wanted to be. She was asked to step into a leadership role on her softball team and she was anxious about how she was going to handle her new role. We had heard great things about Caryn and the work she was doing. We hoped she could learn… a new way of processing her thoughts to gain the confidence she needed to be successful on and off the field. Caryn is amazing!! After my daughter started kindergarten she was constantly getting out of bed and unable to fall asleep. I tried numerous ways to try and relax her at night but nothing worked until Caryn made her a relaxation recording. It was tailored perfectly to my daughters needs and she now looks forward to listening to her "special music" at night! Would highly recommend!

I worked with Caryn for five sessions I decided to seek Cayrn out because it was time for me to make a change it was time for me to put myself first. I was very closed off my first session after working with Caryn the first time I said to myself you have to open up or this will not work. I can not say enough good, no GREAT things about Caryn! She has helped my son (10 years old) sleep! After trying everything “conventional” I thought “why not give this a try” my son who did not sleep for YEARS was sleeping in less than a week! And continues to do so! My husband and I used hypnobirthing for all of our children. We went through the full course for the first and a refresher for the second. Although I was in labor for 30 hours, it was pain-free and comfortable. I cannot recommend this enough! If you truly believe in the power of the mind, you can achieve a beautiful, comfortable birth without the use of drugs or intervention.
