Q: "My bid appeared BEFORE another bidder but the other bidder was declared the winner, WHY is that?" A: On your own device (phone, tablet, laptop etc) you will always see your own bid FIRST (because it doesn't need to ravel around the web, up to a satellite and back down). Every device shows bids received in a different order.

One might say they were born into the auction trade. Jim & Joyce are both children of talented & seasoned auctioneers and grew up in the fast-paced excitement of an auction house. When you are raised in an auction family you could form several different feelings towards the lifestyle. There are two very different feelings that sparked for Jim & Joyce.

This auctioneer Facebook auctions need to be rmore attendee friendly. He blames the remote attendees for bidding slow, yet take time to joke around or spends a lengthy amount of time on a item if he doesn't get the bid he wants. If a piece of the item is missing ,or if he doesn't know if its there,he'll say for the price it doesn't matter . They'll block you , apparently permanently if they don't like your comments instead of trying to improve the attitudes and practices. It's my opinion that the bids tend to go to the " frequentl attendees and or their friends and not the highest bidder, if you

Time stamps and words they spoke don’t matter to them, I sent them proof. If I could have given them negative stars I would. If they can’t handle doing online auctions they shouldn’t do them. Buyer beware always do the in person inspection before bidding on anything especially kitchen cabinets I didn’t buy any but many I seen were damaged.

This is a great auction house, Jim Deacons is one of the best auctioneers I have ever seen . I have consigned items and bought items from him, always honest and amazing. To any of my friends out of state-- gotta check him out.

We always have a great time here. The reason only 3 stars is I left an absentee bid and placed the stickers on the boxes I wanted. The auctioneer and workers ignored these. If my boyfriend was not able to get there, I would have missed out on the items I was interested. These items went for 1/2 of my maximum bid.

Great place to pick up building materials at a great price. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fair bidders, just do your homework. You can catch some indoor furniture and some great tools as well.
Great breakfast pizza and good coffee to keep you going.
Parking lot is a bit crazy. Recommend arriving early.

These are the most honest people I know. I've done business with their dad who was a wonderful man and I miss him very much! I think very highly of Jimmer, who has done a fantastic job expanding the business and so honest and his wonderful wife who is so kind, and of course the entire team. I haven't been able to attend the auction being busy taking care of elders and travel but I'll be back to buy soon. Again I know these people and honesty is who they are and I respect them so much for that. God Bless this wonderful family and their auction business!!! AAAAA+++++
