Not only did we find the piece and sink we were looking for, Merrimack Stone provided superb customer service, competitive pricing, and their timeline was exactly as estimated. When the crew showed up to install, they were 15 minutes early and finished 10 minutes faster than estimated. We could not be happier with their professionalism, customer service, and final product.

I highly recommend Merrimack Stone for countertop fabrication. The staff was tremendous - making it so easy to layout the granite via an online call! The equipment to prepare the template was so impressive and the installation was flawless. We love our new kitchen thanks to Merrimack Stone! Wonderful people and excellent service!

Merrimack Stone Industries is my go to for all my countertop and modification needs. Patrick R in scheduling is always courteous and professional. The selection for engineered stone and natural granite is large and well diverse. They also offer slabs for shower stalls and surrounds. They can cut anything you need from ancy product for any topping your household needs. Bathroom, done. Kitchen, no problem, thresholds, you got it. I felt like I walked into a McDonald's and asked for a New York Strip steak. The price is right if you want quick and dirty. They have all the short cuts and rule of thumb to do your job fast and cheap. Comparible service, quality, and apathy as big box store. They don't have the recipe for quality: I made the mistake of wanting straight lines and precise measurements so my kitchen wouldn't look sloppy. They said my standards are too high so instead of fixing the workmanship problems they knocked $500 off the bill and wished me luck. It was fun teaching them how to use Autocad on a Saturday but

If you want quality counter top for a reasonable price-Look No Further! Their communication is superb. I had been trying to deal with two other places both in Massachusetts - one place wouldn't get back to me and the other place was so ridiculously expensive, we had almost given up. We walked in to Merrimack Stone to price shop, and were not expecting to pick our counter top on the spot! Kim greeted us, and took the time to walk us around and answer our questions. We were on a tight timeline and Kim at Merrimack Stone quickly put us on the schedule to have our counter top measurements to be taken
