Established over 30 years ago, Airmasters is a family-owned and operated HVAC company in Ocean City, MD. From our early beginnings with one van and a strong desire to provide quality heating and cooling services to Eastern Maryland and Delaware, we have grown into the company we are today. We installed a new HVAC system at our condo in Ocean City MD with Airmasters, and they did a fantastic job. After we contacted Airmasters to get a quote, Andrew showed up promptly (even though it was weekend), and took measurements and recommended appropriate HVAC unit. On the agreed installation date, Andrew and guys at Airmasters showed up on time, and did a great job, including cleaning up. They were very responsive throughout the process and very professional.

AirMasters was extremely responsive when we called for our AC repair. We received a call back within minutes and our repair man arrived within 20 minutes. Andrew was very courteous and efficient. He was able to repair the unit quickly and our AC was back up and running in no time! Great service!

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my 62 years. The owner, Danny, called me this weekend and was clearly inebriated. ( It was noon if that makes a difference.
He was on speaker phone and thought he was responding to my daughter. Had I not heard it myself I am sorry to say I think I might have doubted my daughter's rendition. ( Sorry dear).
Locally they are known as "Air Disasters". Run do not walk to the next vendor.

I bought a house in Heron Harbor and expected the HVAC to be serviced before closing. This company said they serviced the unit and replaced the filter but they absolutely did nothing with the unit. It still had a wrong sized filter in it that was absolutely dirty and disgusting and there were holes in the duct tape so the duct work was leaking air. I called and spoke to Lisa twice and she assured me someone would come back out. I am still waiting. I am not sure I would trust a company that bills for services that weren't performed!
