Great staff, even though they were busy, answered our questions and got us taken care of quickly. Sales was polite, knowledgeable and fair.

If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I I live on the West Coast but saw a hard to find motorcycle for sale advertised online that was located at Black Hills Powersports in Rapid City South Dakota. I ended up working with Matt DeWolfe who walked me through the process of purchasing remotely. He sent me pictures, videos and details to ensure I had all the facts and images I requested. I had a LOT of questions, some of them repetitive, as I couldn't process all the information he gave me the first time. At all times he was very patient and respectful. I was wanting to get back into riding with a few friends and was interested in an adventure motorcycle. Yamaha Tenere 700 Because of current situations these motorcycles were hard to come by. But one call to Black Hills Powersports power sports and they put me on a list and when one came in they called me and 2 months later I'm a proud owner of one. Huge thanks to Black Hills Powersports! I was traveling from California and while in Rapid City found that my front tire was damaged. They where able to get a new tire on and get me back on the road to enjoy the rest of my trip quickly. Because of them I was able to make the remaining 1,500 miles home safely and with peace of mind. The entire staff was very helpful and took great care of me!

My son purchased a waverunner last year with his mowing dollars - have had nothing but issues with it as had sat for a few years prior to his purchase. Requested service from multiple companies and was denied - “too busy”, “didn’t purchase from us”, etc. We got in touch with Josh at BH Power Sports and he hesitated at first due to the unit being 10 years old, but then said “heck bring it in (10 days from call but completely understandable) we’ll take a look”. Took it in, Josh called, communicated what they thought was the issue, and attempted to fix. Didn’t fix it, so had to order

Sales personnel took a very long time to come over and when they did the knowledge on the motorcycle we were looking at was virtually non existent. With what is supposedly according to him the most sought after motorcycle on the market you would think his knowledge would be higher. I understand that this is a tough market up get a bike but you would think they would try to work a little for a sale in a market where a sale is harder to find. This store used to be awesome when it first opened with knowledgeable staff interested in a sale and a large selection of bikes. Unfortunately times have changed

Wonderful customer service. We were brand brand new to the whole motor cross sports area and we got a full in depth overview of the sport and the safety equipment. The floor manager showed us the use and the care of the dirt bikes. There prices are also quite low for what the completion was selling.

We purchase our Yamaha Wolverine X2 side-by-side a few weeks ago and we absolutely love it! But more importantly we want to Thank Jason Binner!! Picked up my new bike on Saturday, everyone was very friendly. Matt was very helpful throughout the whole process. Big selection of bikes and accessories. One of the best dealerships I have ever been in. If your looking for a new machine, I highly recommend these guys!

Pulled in on a Saturday for a long overdue oil change for my bike after a couple weeks on the road. Service was busy but I was happy to wait a few hours... but then an hour and a half later they cam out to tell me it was done! Gave the bike a badly needed wash too. The showroom is very well stocked with a good selection of both on and off road gear, tires and supplies. Staff were very friendly, and Scott L the service manager went over the top to make my wait comfortable and surprisingly short. Toby the mechanic was great. Highly recommended if you need a pit stop near Black Hills.
