Such a garbage company that needs to be shut down, extremely aggresive rent control and would ready to evict you even if you were an hour late on your rent being late if they had the power to...
First time renter at a place under them and late paying your rent once??? That's too bad you get denied from using their payment portal and they use this in hopes that you get your rent late more often so they can charge the late fees and eventually get you to court if you slip up. They prey on you and hope you slip up so they can get their cut. My apartment complex is bad enough to go with these guys

There is one female worker that was there Friday August the 10th very early in the morning she was there when the company opened at 8 30 AM. I can tell she does not like her job because her attitude was very unpleasant for the early morning hours. I kindly asked the very nice gentleman to assist me and he did without hesitation, KUDOS to him as he is always there with great energy and excellent customer service skills. But this girl She definitely needs some customer service training and people skills training. I will not ever allow her to assist me again in the future. She was RUDE AND VERY VERY
