Absolutely horrible ! Dr Paz. An MRI was needed but Dr Paz did nothing f to make it happen!! I had to go throu numerous phone calls to get it scheduled. Then after results were received Dr Paz office couldn’t even bother to give me results!! I have a right to the results of a test that was very expensive !! Don’t go there if you want communication with the Dr or don’t expect to get in touch with them!! They don’t return calls!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed in this practice !!! ! No concern for heir patients whatsoever!! Stay away!!! Even the answering service woman told me me her husband

I have always been greeted. The staff is wonderful very pleasant. It's easy to set up an appointment or change one.
They call with reminder appointment notices.
There's less then a 15 minute wait.
Medication refills can be called in easily.
There's always a phone after a procedure is done.
I've never had a problem. Dr.Paz and staff are the best in the county.
