Troyce Gatewood is a native Washingtonian and has lived in the area all of her life. She grew up in Northwest DC, lived in Bethesda and the Potomac area for 20 years, and then moved to Frederick in 2005. She's currently licensed in Maryland, and specializes in both Frederick and Montgomery Counties.

Superb experience from start to finish.
My wife and I popped down to the showroom in Locksbrook Road in Bath and straight away was introduced to Andy one of the Design/Sales guys, he helped us navigate the masses of options that are available in store his personal knowledge was reassuring to say the least he gave us a start date and even recommended a couple of fitters we chose Chris Balzen who impressed on a home visit.
Chris is polite charming and incredibly hard working he does not stop...he's clean and organised nothing is too much bother when we needed more tiles and extras such as towel

Fabulous showroom with inspiring ideas. Everything priced separately so easy to put together your dream ideas. Outstanding salesperson, listened, only showed us what we were interested in or bettered it, professional and very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and only promised what could be delivered. I would highly recommend Total Bathrooms to anyone seeking one bath or a whole package of bathrooms that can be customised to requirements and budgets.

We can’t speak more highly of Tom Northway in total bathrooms in bath. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish, understanding exactly what we wanted, dealing with us patiently, helping us find the right product at the right price. He is a real asset to the team and we will be recommending total bathrooms to our friends and family. We had an appointment after having had our bathroom measured, but they seemed surprised to see us, and the person we were booked to see wasn't available. At no point were we shown around the store to make choices, instead sat in front of a computer screen. We were repeatedly told contradictory information, and it took an aching hour and a half for very little useful result.

Great service from Total Bathrooms. The total refit of our two bathrooms turned out to be surprisingly straightforward due to the knowledge of all the staff we dealt with. In paticular Tash was really helpful with the design of our two new bathrooms and showed considerable patience when we dithered over the various choices!

With 3 bathrooms and 2 cloakrooms being planned for renovation I was totally relieved to end up in the hands of Tash at Total Bathrooms. Amazing knowledge, patience and support in getting the job done from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. A huge thank you - there literally isn't a single thing that I would have changed or done differently.

The team at Total Bathrooms could not have been more helpful & efficient. We had an awkward space to deal with but they came up with a fantastic design and nothing was too much trouble, They have an extensive product range to suit all budgets and I would not hesitate to recommend them. What.A.Gem. Thank goodness that businesses like this still exist. Knowledgeable, helpful and local but with amazing product range and fab discount section. Got a perfect sink unit for a bathroom and will be popping back for taps and waste and tiles. Great friendly staff. If you're doing a bathroom don't think about missing a visit to here !!!
