HD Transportation, LLC is a family owned and operated business. Sigmond Hardin started a moving and delivery service in Louisville, KY under the name Hardin Delivery, INC in 1969. In 1981, the business was passed on to his son, Paige Hardin; who in turn moved the business to Hardin County and converted it into an over-the-road trucking company hauling retail merchandise and steel coils.
In 2008, the company down-sized to running only flatbeds.
