Monarch Trophy & Awards

Used to be a loyal customer when Robin was my sales person. Came into the store and there was a price discrepancy on the trophies I wanted to purchase in-store. The very rude and unprofessional Donna who said she is the manager would not honor the price that the trophies were listed under. When I explained that it's not even reflecting that price in the system, her response to me was and what's the problem? You can't expect repeat CORPORATE companies to spend money when you treat them that way. There was no need to be that excessively unprofessional to a true concern of where you want your pricing

We required a very nice outgoing Chairman's award on short notice and were very pleased with the selection process, engraving and logo enhancement, and followup. Thank you Marissa, Donna, and Ulisses for your exceptional service and quality result.

We had a last minute order due to a few plaques from another company missing. The other company could not help us in time for our meeting so we ordered last minute plaques through Monarch Trophy. They were able to help out very quickly and the plaques were absolutely beautiful! We will definitely use this company again when we need awards for future company meetings. The medals and pins Monarch made for me looked incredible. Marissa, the sales associate I worked with, was phenomenal. She was so patient, professional and well informed. I so appreciated her excellent customer service. The turn around time was impressive and I was even able to have the order delivered. Monarch knocked the ball out of the park. Amazing customer service!

I called for help to have a crystal award with engraving made for a VIP client - with a next day turnaround.

Rochelle took my call and was extremely helpful with looking up what items were in stock based on what I was looking for (higher end items). She sent me pictures or would direct me where to view the items on their website. She was able to get a proof sent over right away and we had the order ready in 24 hours for a courier to pick up. The award turned out great! Very elegant. We have already used them again and will continue to use them for our awards going forward

Monarch Trophy has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. They offer great options and pricing. They are always my go to place. I order from them at least 6 times or more a year. I have never had a complaint with any of the finish products and they even get them to me on time. Marissa is always so awesome and patient with my back and forth. She always offers such great customer service. Even when I drop the ball, she has saved my butt on more than one occasion. If you are looking for trophy options, I promise you won't be disappointed with Monarch. :)

Every year after Gunnery (I'm in the National Guard) I make a gift for the person I pulled triggers with. I get 30mm shells engraved with our names and date. I used to go to Things Remembered, but last year they made a huge fuss at me for getting empty shells engraved. So I had to look for a new place. I researched some local trophy stores in the area and this one seemed the most promising.

I walked in and it is a huge showroom that has displays of all kinds of trophies and awards. They have everything from sports to work awards to plaques and gifts. It is very impressive.
