Botna Bend Industries just purchased a trailer and 4 containers for our roll-off business in Iowa. Awesome craftsmanship and customer service was beyond expectations. We have all learned how everyone wants to sell, but the service later leaves a lot to be desired. Let me share my experience. We needed a trailer to restart our business 18 months ago. These folks understood our finances and directed us to a good used one. Now a year later I need a few parts. Every time I contact them, they act like I was their customer, and do all they can to help me. I am so impressed, by the service they have given me. Dakota Sanitation Inc. has been purchasing roll off equipment including trailers, trucks, roll off boxes of all sizes and configurations, plus rear load dumpsters from Nedland Industries for the past 13 years. My journey started 10 years ago. I first met the Nedland's at a trade show in Milwaukee. I was impressed with the attention to engineering detail of their roll-off trailers. Fast forward, three trailers later and many dumpsters I soon found their products are only half of the story. Dave, the boys, and crew make up the rest. We purchased a roll off trailer and 3 dumpsters for our construction business. I looked at several different providers before purchasing. After talking to Dave I decided to go with Nedland and when the equipment arrived I couldn't have been more impressed. They were not the cheapest option, but the quality, strength and paint job showed a pride of construction not seen much these days. After 5 years, we have bought more dumpsters and are very happy with the performance of the equipment.
