Valerie Bryant is the owner and operator of Shine By Design Apparel and an 11-year cancer survivor. She began making tees for fellow survivors as a hobby. Her custom, blinged-out tees and caps became so popular, she decided to make it official in 2016 and Shine By Design Apparel was born. Her signature tee and cap designs have been spotted at schools, churches, sports events, wedding showers and class reunions.
