I was put in a position of non-renewal by my previous Homeowner's Insurance. Cheryl and her team were sympathetic to my situation and got working on it quickly. It is challenging in Florida to get HOI even though I have never had a claim due to high risk. Cheryl helped me secure an offer and work through required inspections. Cheryl even fought for a first offer to be honored that was favorable for me. I appreciate her efforts and timeliness to help me!
