Weygand Surveyors provides professional land surveying services to homeowners, architects, contractors, developers, title attorneys, engineers, and government agencies. A Boundary Survey is a procedure by which a Professional Land Surveyor establishes the corners of a parcel of land.

Construction Staking, also known as a Site Layout Survey, is the process of interpreting construction plans and marking the location of proposed new structures such as roads or buildings.Construction staking is performed to ensure a project is built according to engineering design plans.

They completed a survey on my new home (it’s an irregular lot so the property lines aren’t crystal clear) when I asked them to come mark the left side of my home like they did the right they said it would be a $250 charge...they just did the survey 3 weeks earlier! Do not use!! Also this is the first time I have ever written a review, so that should tell you something.
I have also sent a letter to the Alabama board of engineers and land surveyors.

We just simply put in an inquiry and they showed up the next day without ever confirming or to discuss the quote or what we wanted done. We were never called or emailed. Will be reaching out to them but previous reviews say that is almost impossible...will update if communications are good.
UPDATE---They did call and apologize! Needs were met and will come back to mark line boundaries. Fast and prompt call! Highly recommend!!!

Getting information and return phone calls is nearly impossible with this crew. They used to be very good but for my last project I'm sorry I started down the path with them. They literally never returned any phone calls after promising to do so. I had to call them multiple times per week to get updates/information.
