Buller Media was amazing for my wedding day. I spoke with the owner, Steve, for all of our questions before hiring them, and he spent a long time making sure I was comfortable with everything. The pricing is reasonable for the amount of products you get. Francis was our day-of videographer, and he worked incredibly well with our photographer, making sure to get all the shots he needed. Many of my family commented the didn’t even feel he was there, which is exactly what you want in a videographer. I cannot wait to see the final product, because he did such a good job capturing everything we wanted

Cannot believe how smooth and poise the whole process was with Steve and our videographer Jace! From the contract discussions to the actual wedding day, I felt super comfortable and it felt like we had worked with them for the tenth time, not the first time.
I was impressed with Jace's ability to adapt and work with the photographer (by others) and they quickly talked through the shots and they helped each other as if they were coworkers. Jace was super focused, on top of it, ready to shoot, and explained how the audio and video was going to be recorded. He made the day feel like a fun photo shoot

Hmmm where do I even begin?
From the beginning it was extremely easy to work with Steve when trying to figure out how to modify a previous set wedding package where we needed multiple videographers for different events through out the day. Both videographers were very approachable and extremely friendly. I worked with Francis and Jace for the daytime and night time part of the event.
They were extremely patient in helping me figure out what outcome I would like to have for what i need. Indeed it all turned out to be a success and I have received the media as well as a flashdrive with the raw

Working with Steve and his team has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment my wife and I brought them on board to capture the moments for our wedding, Steve was always prompt in replying to emails and calls. As the date was getting closer, we got him in touch with our wedding coordinator, and they worked with her as if they were talking to us.
The day of the wedding, our videographer (Francis) did an excellent job. He was in the right places at the right time, kept an eye out for the details we couldn't see, but at the same time blended in with everyone. Not once did we get the feeling

Working with Buller Media was easy, professional, and so much more! We chose who were going to work with and months before that gentleman had some health related issues so he could not do it. So Steve, the owner stepped in no problem as a back up. He had our whole time line planned out with us to a tee! All of my other vendors actually went off the timeline we went over with Steve. They were professional, on time, kind to everyone, and very attentive to our needs! We also were able to make comments on our video during the editing process before printing. Communication was always within 24 hours

Buller Media is one of the worst businesses I've ever worked with. First of all, the videographer they sent for my wedding left his tools at my house pre-wedding. So, luckily, my photographer grabbed them for him. Then, he was flirting with girls at my wedding, both while he was working as well as afterward. I wouldn't be that upset about that if I didn't have to write the next lines...
When I received my wedding video, the quality was all messed up. The DVD skipped, and then would freeze. How does this company send me 5 copies of a DVD that thy didn't check? Or, did they

My company has used Chicago Videography for multiple corporate projects involving taping and editing a series of interviews with high-level executives from many of our customer organizations. Steve was very efficient and professional, and the quality of his work, from setting the shoot to editing and final product, was outstanding. Having funded our entire wedding ourselves, I wasn't completely sold on having a videographer for our wedding. My wife on the other hand really wanted the wedding captured on video.
