Basic Steam Clean - A maintenance or surface cleaning for lightly soiled carpets intended to "freshen up" the carpet. Cleaning includes a mild detergent with a color brightener and fragrance. Deep Scrub - Our mid-level cleaning where your technician pre-sprays the carpet, takes a nylon pile brush, brushes the carpet and extracts the carpet with a mild detergent, color brightener and fragrance.

Everything everyone says on here is true. Everything from the "up sells" and price hikes upon arrival, to an all around terrible job. He spent less than 10 seconds on each stair and only did the top of the stair and not the front. It did nothing but make our stairs wet. He also charged us for one more stair than we have, at $3 a stair!!!! See photo for leftover dirt and hair. Do not use this company, they are crooks. Rent your own machine from Home Depot and save hundreds.

Zero stars. My husband called and the person he spoke with told him lies, that they would clean the main air conditioner vent for a set amount of $ 39.99. Which was a lie, the moment the tech person arrived he told my mother in law it would not be the agreed upon amount...but thousands then he demanded cash but settled for her credit card information. Since she is 72 he intimidated and lied to her and forced her to accept a additional charge for a service she on social security could not afford. We now have to watch her credit to be sure he doesn't try to bill her card again. They have false

More like UNPROFESSIONAL Clean Carpets and Vents. The representative they had come to our house was not only late to his appointment, but rude and unprofessional. After telling us 3 different numbers for extra room costs, he incorrectly measured rooms, and tried to charge us extra "tax" dollars because we asked him to do the stairs in substitution of completing rooms. Seems like one of those bait and switch companies. Regardless of us trying to say we didn't want him to do the work, he said he was getting paid either way because we already paid for the service. Today, I had a horrible experience with Professional Clean Carpets and Vents!
The carpet tech, Joey, gave me a price to clean my stairs and hall and I agreed to get them cleaned. After he cleaned my first room, my family room, I felt how saturated with water my family room carpet was when I stepped on it. I told him I did not want the stairs, hall or even the rooms on my Living Social voucher cleaned. I said that I was going to call Stanley Steamers and he could take my LS voucher and go. I did not want him even touching my other rooms that I paid for with the voucher!
