While founded in 2000, ACS was purchased by current owner, Jennifer Steed in 2010. Jennifer, and her husband, Albert Steed had spent the previous 2 years operating another IT company, which Albert had founded in 2000. Albert Steed was one of the early computer adapters and digital technology in NW Michigan. Over the years he has quietly and without bombast, tended the tech needs of hundreds of clients. If your a business, these folks are the way to go. Very responsive, professional and it's been a huge relief to have a reliable partner for our firms IT needs. Our staff loves the fact that 90% of our issues are solved by their IT team logging in remotely and solving the issues within minutes, not hours. We have experienced server & hard drive issues and have lost zero data and are back in the game within hours, not days.

ACS started out as a fresh drink of water. The professionalism, analysis capabilities, and rapid response was outstanding. This has to be the extra effort during the honeymoon phase, right? We have used ACS for years and been very pleased with them. They are extremely prompt at responding. We recently had a computer issue that shut down all of our computers and it was fixed by the end of the day. We have never had any ongoing IT problems like other companies. ACS makes everything functional, simple, and affordable.
