Ali started her journey with spirituality and alternative medicine at six years sober. Northern medicine and traditional therapy practices were no longer serving her needs. Ali found Reiki energy healing and CBD products, and Awaken Yourself started to take shape. From there, she started to research other alternatives to offer her clients. Ali's hope is to continue to educate her clients on solutions that fit their individual needs and to help them reach their goals.
