CIMA FLORIDA, LLC was created in 2018 to offer caulking, cleaning and assessment of mid- and high-rise buildings' window systems and facades. We use a Rope Descent System (RDS) to access difficult areas and minimize noise and visual impact, with no electrical drivers. We are a fully insured company and warrant our work to the convenience of our clients.
In coordination with our engineering consulting company we can provide support for inspection of facade defects related to stucco and caulking works, window joints and other defects, to help investors allocate the resources and prioritize repairing works. Pressure wash/ clean glass, frames, stucco, or other facade elements.
