Family is the reason I chose to enter this profession more than forty five years ago. Back then I watched my own family deal with death. I wanted to know the proper things to say and do. I wanted to help. So I went to mortuary school, studied hard, and worked in various funeral homes.

The History of the Lewisburg-based funeral home is comparatively short, considering that it was established almost 70 years ago! The Grenoble family is only the third family to take ownership of the funeral home, preceded by just two previous owners. The original owner (Glenn E. Dornsife) established and ran the funeral home for a total of 29 years, and the second owner (Gary H. Cronrath) operated it for nearly 40 years.

We feel it is very important that we give the absolute best service to all our families. With our personally owned and operated crematory, we can now assure that your loved ones never leave our care throughout the cremation process. In operation since the Summer of 2009, our crematory is used exclusively for families we serve.
As most funeral homes in our geographical area, we use a full-open casket. Our selection room contains a variety of in-stock caskets to choose from. But do not hesitate to ask us to special order something other than what we have in stock, or to order a half-open casket. We can get most caskets delivered overnight.
