I spoke with Baker Bryant and asked him if he could survey 2.21 acres he gave me a price for $1,200. I agreed to the terms and told him I needed it surveyed the next day. He said ok and in the morning I drove up there to see the group of surveyors hard at work. I asked if they needed water or me to cut the property(grass was very tall and the property had already been surveyed in 2003 they were just looking for Iron rods in the ground and reading the deed description I sent them) to make it easier to survey and they denied the help so I left. 3 hours later came back with my girlfriend to show her
