I went there because I thought it would be open. But eventhough online and at the store on the door it says there hrs for today were they close at 8pm. I got there at 7pm, and they were not open. Made me upset because I detoured and went out of my normal route home. So wasted gas, time, and energy, and got my hopes up for nothing. They had nothing posted on door explaining why they weren't open for business. And was just disappointed.

The lady that works here and at the Fridley location is the best!! She’s funny and always makes me laugh on top of being a super cool lady. Just wish I remembered her name it’s been a few months since I been in there but I’m talking about the black woman who works at both stores. Just want to make sure y’all know who I mean in case there are more than one awesome woman like her who work at both locations. She’s the best!

The guy in there was very unwelcoming & before I even bought anything, asked for my id? I’ve been at this location several times as well as similar stores and never got asked for id. I didn’t have the physical one on me, but a picture of it on my phone. He wouldn’t accept it? I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend. I don’t like that feeling. Could’ve at least said hello before “interrogation”lol

The lady that worked there is awesome!! I'd give her five stars down. Makes you feel very comfortable, explains what items can do without any judgment. I'll go back there just because she did a great job and helped me. Thank you, from the newbie.

It's a little over priced but the service was nice I actually enjoyed going in there. The lady that was at the counter told us if we have questions just ask then she didn't bother us and that's good I rather not have someone on me asking me about my love life.

I hate that Im terrible at names but the human who helped my boyfriend and I out was simply awesome. She didn't mind my bf's almost constant jokes, she even cracked a few herself helping him relax and feel less shy. This is now my favorite location thanks to her.
