After having a few less than pleasant experiences with other companies, it was a welcome change of pace to have such a great experience.
The arrangement was stellar, and my gal was quite impressed.
Excellent customer service. They went out of there way to answer any and all questions I had. (Which admittedly were probably too many, but given a recent bad experience with another florist, I couldn't help myself. They were very patient and considerate.) Nice to work with a company that takes pride in their work. Highly recommended.

We went to them the Monday after Christmas weekend to order flowers for my father-in-laws funeral the next day, although they were limited on colors and certain flowers because of the holiday the arrangements were AMAZING!!! Everyone of them were very full and absolutely beautiful!!!

I recommend Flowers By Edie for any occasion. They were friendly, very helpful, and delivered by the next day (Saturday). I asked for a fall arrangement, seeing as I am in Massachusetts, and fall is in full bloom. The flowers exceeded my expectations. The only comment I have is the spelling of the recipient's first name. It was correct on the envelope but, incorrect on the actual card. I was explicit in the spelling of the name as well. Otherwise, I was very happy with how beautiful the arrangement was and how quickly they were delivered.

I ordered a large boquet of flowers to be sent to my mom for her 90th birthday, since I could not be there in person, thanks to COVID. I also ordered a bunch of balloons and a teddy bear to go with the boquet, which she loved. Her favorite thing was the teddy bear! The only downside is that only one balloon was sent instead of several and I only realized it when I asked about the balloons. However, Mom loved it so much and said she didn't want anymore ballons, so it all worked out very well.

I ordered a arrangement for a friend, by phone, from Canada. The flowers arrived the next day and my friend is thrilled. The arrangement is beautiful. Recently ordered wedding flowers. The bouquets were nice but the flowers were a little on the old side. Roses already turning brown, For the price they should have been fresher. The centerpiece looked as though it should drape a coffin. I didn't bother to say a word because Edie herself is not friendly. Thanks for wasting our money. Which was a lot. Don't bother to order your flowers here unless you're ok with roses several days over there prime and funeral arrangements.

I have ordered twice for delivery to family members in the area. They are always great! Very efficient, reliable and ask relevant questions such as size/flower preference and height (low or tall arrangement). $10 dollar local delivery fee is normal, but I believe you get a great value for the budget you provide. Highly recommend.

These people were so amazing and patient. I sent a flower arrangement for someone in hospital who was discharged. I feel like I sent these people on a wild goose chase after that for a couple of days for a 40.00 arrangement mark was so pleasant and patient after several attempts trying to deliver these flowers. at one point I felt so bad I was ready to say just give them to whomever, but his attitude was so great and reassuring. Would highly recommend. They will be my local florist for any needs going forward.

I called this private florist for a modern funeral arrangement, and she was incredibly helpful in suggesting what would work. It was delivered within one day notice and on a Sunday.
My relative said that this was the most beautiful and classy vase of flowers she had ever seen. You couldn't ask for more than this!
