Awesome job from start to finish. Jeff knows his job and is great at explaining the process to you from start to finish.
Had his team put Paint Protection Film on everything but the top and rear bump. Looks amazing and flawless.
If your concerned about chips from the terrible highways rocks, get it done! Road work is aways being done and lose rocks are everywhere.
Had a follow up appointment to review how things are settling in and Jeff really makes sure it is done right and amazes me how much care is put into the work.

My Red 2021 Tesla Model S was delivered in December. Shortly after, I started researching ceramic coatings in order to protect that beautiful color! I drive back and forth to Sacramento weekly on the River Road and the bugs were really bugging me. I looked for a reputable shop that would do an excellent job (not a "good" job). I found recommendations on the Tesla Owners Forum, but I really didn't want to leave my car in Fremont or LA. I was looking closer to home, but couldn't find a shop with excellent reviews until I gave up on the Tesla Forum and just Googled it. I called a couple of places

Took my 2017 GT-R to Immaculate Reflections in Brentwood to get all of the bottom trim pieces wrapped in a wet carbon fiber wrap. Jeff really knocked it outta the park with this one! Totally blown away with the end result! Jeff walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Now my car has a refreshed look to it. Jeff Did a fantastic job on my car! He took the time to talk to me and explain my options. My car had multiple scratches on the trunk lid from a careless previous owner. Jeff meticulously went over the whole car and was able to remove the scratches on the rear trunk lid. It really looked great after he was done. You may have to wait a bit to get your car scheduled, but that's a testament to how many return customers Jeff has.

Jeff did an amazing job on my early build Tesla Model Y and made sure to keep me updated as much as possible during the process. The car already had 10k miles on it (with associated scratches and minor impacts), yet Jeff made it look like-new after touch ups and applying the paint protection film.
I wouldn’t want anyone else working on the car’s detailing besides Jeff as his knowledge of the craft and skill set impressed me greatly. He’s also very welcoming of not just higher end sports/luxury vehicles but also lower cost autos as well!

Jeff is absolutely wonderful. I bought a new Honda Ridgeline and wanted it protected with a ceramic coating. Jeff explained the process. Even though the car was new it still had to have some paint correction. The whole process took 3 days. I am extremely happy with the end results. Love the shine. Immaculate reflections did a wonderful job on my R8 V10+. They too their time to clean, clay bar, do a multi step paint correction, and CQuartz Finest Reserve. They were very detailed even putting the car on a lift to get the under carriage of the car, carbon fiber, and rocker panels.
They go the extra mile, take no shortcuts, and stay in constant communications sending picture updates along the way.

Today I took my 2019 Ford F150 Supercrew in to get the Swirl marks removed from the Pillars between the windows . Jeff was very informative and said he could get rid of the them no problem , and it would be ready by the end of the day . When I picked up my truck , I was overjoyed of what I saw . Jeff is friendly, professional and has the expertise to get your car restored back to brand new! My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Chevy Tahoe that was previously used as a rental. Unfortunately this meant frequent and abusive car washes with very little "TLC" in order to get it back on the road looking "good as new" for the next renters. To my untrained eye the paint looked decent on the car lot. I ended up getting his standard paint protection film (PPF) coverage + ceramic coating. It's given me the confidence of having protection from rocks and other debris all while making my car's color pop out more. The cut lines from the PPF are unnoticeable unless you're inches

The owner, Jeff, is cocky and rude. I pointed out that they shortchanged on the PPF--film does not cover edges. I'm no pro but having done some research this allows for dirt to get caught on the edge and be highly visible as time goes by. When I brought it up, he became condescending and made personal attack marks on my vehicle, bringing up blemishes accumulated from the road that he didn't bring up before when I asked what can be improved cosmetically. I had Jeff clear bra my whole front end plus the rocker panels and pillars of My Tesla Model 3. He and His Crew knocked it out the park. The difference with Jeff compared to other businesses is that he really cares about customer satisfaction and the quality of his work. He doesn’t just hand you the car keys when he’s done and send you on your way, but he makes it a point for you to return so he can touch up areas of concern or discuss whatever you’re unsatisfied with. There aren't many specialists who truly know their craft to the extent that Jeff does. His attention to detail when taking care of my car's paint is evident on every inch of the car. The way my car looks now after spending a few days at Immaculate Reflections is unreal. It looks like it came right out of the showroom. In the Bay Area (SF especially), it's really hard to keep your car's paint looking delicious. Between the grime and dirt of the daily commute to the constantly-changing weather, it really is a challenge to keep the car clean. I was driving my 2015 Black Land Rover home after just having my car detailed by the dealer last year, when a 5 gallon bucket of white paint had fallen off of a truck and hit my car. My car looked like I had gone 4 wheeling in white paint, it was awful. After finally getting all of the paint washed off, my car had tons of swirls and scratches, which included a long deep scratch on the hood. Immaculate Reflections brought my paint back to life, making it look better than brand new !! Yay!
They were also able to buff the deep scratch out of my hood! My car truly looks amazing!

When it comes to detailing your pride and joy, you're looking for an individual that is willing to go to the distance to care for your vehicle more than you do. Jeff is that individual.
