An absolutely GORGEOUS place to have a wedding! We had our wedding at Marianmade in August, 2021. It was a beautiful, open, and airy space to have a (covid-conscious) wedding. We used the space for both our rehearsal dinner and ceremony/reception. The space is so well-kept and impeccably cared for. The farmhouse tables and chairs that are included are beautiful and save you money in rentals. MMF versatile too, leading to a variety of uses of their space - for instance, we used the barn for dinner, then tent for dancing but could easily be used the other way around. We had our wedding at Marianmade Farm in August 2021. The venue was spectacular. We received so many compliments from our friends and family on how beautiful the location was! Such a dreamy property- the flowers, the barn, the patio, every detail is so so beautiful. John was great to work with- very responsive & I highly recommend hiring Wendy (the sales manager for the property) as you day-of coordinator. She is THE BEST!

We have had nothing but good experiences when filming weddings at Marianmade Farm! The venue itself is gorgeous and can be dressed up for a sophisticated wedding or perfect for a casual affair as well. The staff has been wonderful and we look forward to filming there again soon! We got married at Marianmade Farms this September (09/07/19). Despite a hurricane lingering offshore, the day was absolutely amazing! The grounds were beautifully manicured and full of gorgeous colors. We knew after our first visit that Marianmade was the perfect venue for our wedding weekend. From the start, John was incredibly helpful and willing to work with us on customizing our package. As we had ~150 guests, we needed a tent extension and access to all the tables & chairs; John was more than happy to partner with us throughout the process to ensure we had what was needed. We had the privilege of having our wedding at Marianmade Farm in late August of 2019, and I cannot say enough great things about this venue. The owner John is clear with his communications and understanding with any and all situations. Wendy, the wedding planner associated with the venue, is a godsend. Her, along with her wonderful daughter, do everything in their power to make your weekend perfect...down to the finest of details. Again, I don't how we could put our appreciation for everyone associated with Marianmade into words. They made our weekend perfect.

We hosted the most perfect wedding weekend at Marianmade Farm over Labor Day Weekend. The property is absolutely stunning during the summer/fall months! We were really impressed by how well the grounds had been maintained. It’s such a stunning place to get married.

We chose Marianmade Farm for our wedding because we wanted an open concept, outdoor food & music festival vibe. Not only did we choose the right venue, every preferred vendor MMF recommended checked every box we were looking for. Beautiful property. Incredible management (we had an act-of-god power/weather issue the first night that the property resolved with a generator and then fixed before the wedding, promptly). The barn is the bomb. You can decorate minimally and still have an A+ wedding because the property is stunning and does so much work for you. The fire pit and open space makes for a good three days. I couldn't recommend this property enough. Get married here!

I got married at Marianmade on June 10th this year, and I’ll start by saying that Marianmade is an absolutely beautiful venue, our ceremony and reception were amazing and our guests had a great time.
The reasons for the poor rating are a combination of frustration at repeated nickel and diming (explained in detail below) and the fact that when we arrived to set up for the rehearsal dinner (which we had at the venue), we found that the management had chosen to leave an extra tent up on the venue that we didn’t request. We had a beautiful wedding at this site in 2015. The location was beautiful and staff, while very hands off, was very clear early on with us in there expectations of the use of the property. We used a wedding planner who made sure to clear everything with the location before we made any decisions and we worked with vendors who knew how to get the job done. Couldn't have asked fora better place. Only issue is that Wiscasset does have horrible traffic in the summer, so plan ahead, and there are not of ton of sites for people to stay so make sure you lock down the local hotels ASAP.

My daughter and her new husband enjoyed a wonderful wedding at Marianmade farm in August. Despite this however, I would highly recommend anyone considering this venue to think again. If we had had to deal with Michelle when we booked the farm about a year and a half ago, we would have gone to another location. Michelle Peele's unprofessional behavior toward our vendors, our family and guests was unspeakable. She is unethical, irrational, unfair, and unreasonable. Went to a very good friends wedding at the farm, while the property is beautiful, the woman who runs it is horrid! She harassed my friend and her family durning the reception. She also charges 7000+ for the venue and requires a large deposit. I know 3 people who have gotten married here and they have all had to deal with Michelle and her craziness. They have all written reviews on wedding wire (that we're not favorable) and they have all since been deleted. There are plenty of venues in this area so please be weary before you sign a contract with them.
