I have always gone there for years without any problems on private insurance, however, I was seen this time on KY Medicaid, and was treated horribly by office staff. I hesitated about giving a review at first, because the doctor was very nice, but decided to go ahead, because I don’t think anyone should be treated like a second class citizen. After my eye exam, staff wouldn’t recognize that the Medicaid covered frames and lenses until I insisted that they take a closer look at the covered benefits. At that point, one staff member in particular, shouted out across the room, in front of everyone
