As a business you should NEVER promise something you can't deliver. For instance, Personal Touch Cleaners in Tannersville should have NEVER taken my money on Friday if they couldn't keep their promise of the suits being ready at noon today.
Back story: on Friday I searched for a dry cleaner to do 2 suits and 2 shirts overnight. The only one that could promise to have it ready was Personal Touch Cleaner in Tannersville. I specifically asked if I could have it Monday morning, he said Monday at noon was as much as he could push it. Today, I show up at 12:13 and he says "oh, this is the rush order

We have been using this place for years and had no issues. So I sent over a suit, shirt, and tie, I had spilled some food on them at a wedding. My mother in law lives much closer to them so she takes care of dropping off and picking up for us. So she pointed out the stains on the suit and tie. The girl wrote it on the slip but never put stickers on it to mark it.(MIL even questioned this and was told it's how they do it now). So when she picked up she checked the lapel of the suit and the tie. Lapel was fine but tie was still staind. So they redid the tie and she came back and it was fine. Yesterday

If I could give these goons 0 stars, I would. I submitted a black suit for dry cleaning service. I happily received the dry cleaned suit within days only to find out that I had been given someone else's jacket. The fabric didn't even match my pants. It was OBVIOUS that the jacket belonged to someone else. After a month of "looking for the jacket," business with Personal Touch forced me to buy a new suit. To this day, they still have not found my jacket. I called numerous times throughout the month, and I was always told that I would receive a call as they were searching for the jacket. Guess what
