The thirteen guest rooms and Lodge are located in four guest houses situated under mature pines around the main house providing a variety of accommodations. Each guest room is individually decorated to make this a cozy Bed and Breakfast that offers private porch entries and private bathrooms in every room.
Since we consider breakfast to be a highlight of your stay (Hello!.Bed and BREAKFAST), we start by finding out if any of our guests have food allergies or other dietary restrictions and do our best (within reason) to accommodate. Once that is determined, we plan a delicious homemade breakfast that will delight the senses.

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay. Their breakfast was so amazing and I looked forward to it every morning. If you stay here, it's a must to take advantage of their breakfast. I stayed in their Manzanita room which was right next to the office and parking. It was still pretty quiet considering how close it was to the street. This place is seriously a gem and very close to everything. Their movie selection is pretty nice too.

What a refreshing break from the typical hotel experience. The warm welcoming décor and unique individual room styles are so refreshing. The entire property had such an amazing comfy homie feel.
Breakfast was amazing! No menu no problem. We were asked for allergies and dietary restrictions ahead of time. The locally grown ingredients, creativity and service are second to none. Every breakfast we had was picture worthy and absolutely delicious.

Almost want to keep this BnB a secret from our friends…it is run exceptionally well and may have ruined all others for us. Lovely property, great accommodations, great food, great location, and the owners are wonderful, wonderful people. My wife and I visited for a quick getaway for my birthday and needless to say, this will continue to be a destination for us!

DO NOT STAY in the Grand Canyon room. After much research, I chose this place for the 5 star rating for my birthday trip. We stayed Nov. 5-7, 2021. The management tells you that you share the building with another room (the Lodge) but they don't tell you that the bedroom/bathroom is directly above your head and you have to listen to people walking back and forth most of the night/in the middle of the night/in the morning and hear them using the toilet (you hear everything-so gross) and flushing it. The ceiling fan is from the 90's and only works on low and medium. If you turn it on high, the light

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and caring hosts!
Our stay was amazing. Close to the square and whiskey row yet quiet and wonderful for a leisurely afternoon in the hammock. So nice to start the day with a delicious breakfast…they even remembered that I asked for NO bananas. By far my favorite place to stay in Prescott!!!!

The Inn keepers, Rick and Karen are the perfect hosts! They observe if you only drink oj or if you need a glass of water at breakfast and inquire if you need anything for your room. The breakfasts include homemade granola served under fresh fruit and yogurt. The entrees are made with fresh herbs and produce from the garden. I can't recommend this Inn enough.

We were extremely impressed with our stay here! The room was cozy, and very clean. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and it is in a great location.
By far the best breakfasts we've ever had anywhere! The owners have several gardens on the property where they grow some of their own ingredients!
The owners and staff were all friendly and put great effort into making sure our stay was amazing!

Fabulous place to stay in Prescott! The room had everything we wanted, including a mini fridge and freezer and a wonderfully comfortable bed! The hosts, Rick and Karen, are simply fantastic people. They graciously accommodated my strict Gluten Free diet, I have Celiac Disease and I have no choice. The breakfasts were easily the best I have had while traveling in many years! This fine B&B is now my go-to for Prescott AZ & will visit again soon! :)
