Kait helped plan our trip to Prague and Dubrovnik. It was our first time there and she took us to places we would never have found. Her experience, professionalism, kindness and efficiency was limitless.… Working with was like working with an old friend. And Kate planned the most wonderful vacation imaginable for my family in Greece. They are a pleasure to work with, really understood what we wanted and, honestly, just very nice and positive people to work with and get to know. No detail too small, every transfer perfect, we could not have had a better trip or had the time more perfectly organized with free time and activities we all really enjoyed. I cannot recommend Roam enough!! Kait and Charlotte helped us plan the most magical honeymoon and my husband and I are forever grateful. From helping us pick our location (Mexico City / Tulum), to planning our itinerary (mezcal tasting! art tours!) to assisting with the logistics (booking flights, cars, etc)- the process was a total delight and we… loved every second. Kait and Charlotte were always available if we needed them, and they even helped us when I got sick during the trip and needed to rearrange a few plans. Kaitlin at Roam Travel helped book our amazing honeymoon to Greece.. While being so busy with wedding planning it was so nice and assuring to know we didn't have to worry about planning our honeymoon as well! Roam Travel helped manage our 12 day trip that included 4 stops around Greece - 4 different hotels, flights/ferries in between, private… booked hotel transfers, dinners and a fun excursion/tour in each new place. The knowledge they had with Greece really made our trip go so smoothly.. They knew the right amount of time to stay at each Island and what tours to do that best fit our personalities

What can we say, we LOVE Charlotte. I will never travel anywhere again without first consulting with her and going through ROAM. Warm, full of knowledge and very useful information about destinations, so easy to talk to, utterly professional and completely on the ball, she is a gem. Charlotte takes all of the stress and hassle of planning the trip,… everything is tailored to your specific needs - I mean everything every little detail. I had such a wonderful experience using Roam Travel Company! Not only did RTC accommodate all of our wishes & needs, RTC went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was truly memorable. RTC was available to answer all questions we had about our stay in Lisbon, Portugal & Morocco. RTC checked in with us periodically to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. The boutique hotels RTC set us up at were UNREAL with impeccable service and wonderful central locations. I will only be booking through RTC moving forward as the experience made our Europe/Africa trip perfect!

Our best ever travel experiences are with Roam Travel Company! So far we went to safaris in South Africa and Zimbabwe, visited Victoria Falls and had an epic trip to Israel. Roam Travel Company specializes in safari travel and we feel very lucky to have found them right in time for our African journey. We are extremely satisfied with the level of customer service.
