Most of our customers choose to sign up for our service agreement. It saves you cash on Spring and Fall Services, and you save 10% on labor and materials throughout the year should you need any repairs. We offer a pick and choose option if you would like us to only winterize, or start-up your system.
With over thirty years of installation and service experience, we have found that different manufacturers have different areas of expertise. In many instances, this means we use different manufacturers' products on a single irrigation system. Irrigation controllers are sometimes called irrigation timers.
Although every system should be tailored to meet individual needs, a typical system will be comprised of a controller (which functions as the brains of the system), valves (which open and close to release and stop the flow of water to underground pipes) and sprinklers (which actually distribute the water to a given area.)

I have been customer for over 15 years and they cant get me in till the end of the month, doesn't sound bad right? I made an appointment for that over 2 months ago. So you pre-paying customers don't pre-pay with this company. I would not even give them a consideration for my sprinkler system now, and they have done 3 of mine. Don't use Sanderson & De Haan unless you are in a pinch, they over charge more then anyone around! Best part was when the lady wanted to cancel my appointment. I'm the customer, you provide a service now follow through!!

Wonderful group of people! Very professional and knowledgeable. They helped us design a system and delivered a great solution. We have 10 zones and 50+ sprinkler heads. I thought they were reasonably priced. They also offer a hybrid offering allowing you to do some of the labor if you want to save some money.

Kelly and Zack showed up at the end of a very long Friday, for what they thought was a leak repair, but turned in to a reconfiguration of a couple of heads. The guys didn't even blink, they just got busy. Sanderson Dehaan installed this system 22 years ago and have provided outstanding service the entire time. Five stars+

I am a little surprised that the star rating and reviews are not better. We bought a home three years ago that had a sprinkler system that Sandersom & De Haan had installed. It worked fine and we continued the setup and shutdown service that the previous owner had. No problems, but a year and a half ago, I noticed that my neighbor used a different service and wondered if perhaps there was a less expensive option. I shopped three possible providers and found they were all very close to the same price. One however did not install Rain Bird systems. I have found it easy to set up appointments

Gage was awesome!! He explained a problem with the seal that was leaking from the main water source. He had the problem fixed within an hour and was very friendly. I’ve always had good service, but he was exceptional! I really appreciated the effort he made to get the job done so quickly so I wouldn’t have to reschedule. Thank u!

I recently had them come out to fix a broken back flow, as a well as a couple of heads. Overall, the technician who arrived was quick and diligent and seemed very knowledgeable about the entire system. Like everything else relating to home improvement, if you have the the knowledge to fix the simple things yourself (i.e. sprinkler heads), you will save quite a bit of money. Sprinkler heads are extremely marked-up and are quite easy to replace if you do them a few times. They quoted me a price to fix my back flow, multiple heads, as well as a shutoff valve in one of zones that was very close when

I have been a customer of S&D for over 15 years. They lost my business permanently today. The lady answering the phone clearly hates her job. Each time I've called to schedule a system startup or shutdown she has no interest in being helpful. I called today for a system shutdown and they said they couldn't get to us for a minimum of two weeks. I called a competitor and they are stopping by today to shut the system down.

I called their office a couple times with questions and I "was" going to make an appointment but the ladies I spoke to were fairly rude so I went with another company. Customer service means a lot to me and it "should" to them as well. I'm glad I changed my mind because I was asking a friend for recommendations later that day and she told me S & D came out to winterize their sprinklers last month and the service did not go well. I felt a review was necessary because customer service is important.
