We had West Country replace our entire unit at our home. The installation took triple the time estimated, where it ended up being a day and a half. Multiple times they had to leave to, "get parts." Then after running the unit when the installation was completed we suffered a major water leak coming from the drain in the attic that was not connected. It poured water throughout the entire upstairs hallway, drywall collapsed and water was pouring through the light fixtures. They could not respond to fix the leaking issue until over a day later, when it was then repaired, but I had to replace my drywall

The Service Technician, Miguel Mendez was on time, professional , courteous and engaging. He explained the diagnostic and repair process, thoroughly examined the HVAC equipment, and diagnosed the problem, which happened to be a damaged mother-board. He also did diagnostics on other elements of the basic system to determine if another component failure caused the mother-board to fail.
He promptly prepared an estimate for the cost of the repairs, and confirmed parts availability. He provided a copy of the estimate and was able to use my credit

My air conditioner is going out. I called 5 HVAC companies for estimates. I chose West Coast HVAC because of Miguel Mendez their sales representative. Since I’ve been in sales for over 40 years I believe that people buy people as much as they buy a particular product. Miguel is sincere, humble, honest and really cares about people. They even match the pricing and I’m just hoping that my installation goes as well as my initial meeting with Miguel.
I moved here from Newport Coast in December 2020and I’m really amazed how flaky people have been. People book appointments and they don’t show

Had a great experience with the team installing central heat in my Big Bear cabin. They were reasonably priced and always followed-through on their appointments. Did have an issue with the system not working initially but they were very responsive and came out the same day to fix the problem.

This company serviced our old rooftop heating and air conditioning unit, and we were very happy with their service until it finally came time to replace it. The new unit has been totally trouble free and we signed up for comfort club. They will come out twice a year to check your unit. I highly recommend them. They are professional, reliable and trustworthy.

My heater stopped working during a cold period a month or so ago. I’m just a little slow doing this review. I got service from both Miguel and Derek. Both gentlemen were wonderful. The technician was new to the company but very personable and professional. He was careful to move things to make work space and cleaned up afterward. He did a great job getting my AC running again and didn’t try to talk me into a lot of expensive stuff I could not afford. Very nice company!

We had three estimates come out. West Country was not the lowest cost but based in their efficiency and follow up we chose them. They ordered the parts needed and replaced our furnace within 2 weeks. They were very easy to talk to, from the scheduler, the technician, the person that took our payment. Also, they mailed me a nice folder with the permits, certificate and some future information we may need.

Oh my gosh! Such an awesome experience. I'm a building inspector and had a problem with our mini split system. I emailed the office over the weekend and they called me back right away Monday morning and left a message. I called back and they were able to have a technician come out same day in the afternoon. I am unsure if they sent their best technicians out or not but these two guys were amazing. Troubleshot the problem quite quickly and repair was made. It turned out that the wiring had a screw put through it in the wall. Derek and Alfredo were sent out. Amidst this Covid 19, they were

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Maybe 9.5, actually. The gals who answer the phones can be kinda short, BUT don't let that scare you off. Mike (the owner) is professional, prompt, honest and diligent. You can tell he runs a tight ship and has a standard of care and service for his patrons.

We replaced a 1960's HVAC unit with a ductless mini-split system and couldn't be happier with the unit or the service we received.
We went through the process of getting multiple quotes and West Country were the most prompt, best price and most professional. They were also able to clearly explain what we would need and how efficient it would be. Since we got the newest model of a ductless system, they had to come out a couple times to make some adjustments but the response time was great and the fixes done right. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
