Brian Hasegawa and his team at Aluminum Shake Roofing are awesome! My 1st call to Brian was to inquire if they could help to pull a sample section of my old shingles so that I could file a claim with the manufacturer. Without hesitation or a commitment from me to use them for my new, Brian said that they can help. Brian and a worker showed up to pull the singles and replace with a temporary section, took pictures, and measurements needed to file the claim. Brian even mailed and submitted the claim for me for a very small fee (which was credited back to me on my purchase of the new roof). I decided

Our small community association hired this company to replace some aging wood shake roofs in our complex. They showed up early for all of the scheduled appointments and was able to answer all of my questions about the new style of roof that we were going to install. I have to say that their customer service is second to none. Very happy with how this project turned out. Mahalo for all your help.

Can't believe it's been 25 years since Fred installed our ASR roof. The aluminum roof looks and performs like new. One of the very best decisions we ever made. I'm thinking that many other roofing products would be needing repair/replacing by now. Well done Fred. You've made a lot of people very happy.

We're very pleased with the great job that Aluminum Shake Roofing did on our roof. From Tearing off the old roof, to the Disposal of the rubbish, to the laying of the plywood sheets and the installation of the aluminum roofing everything was done quickly, neatly, and professionally. The workers were pleasant and hardworking and most importantly to us, cleaned up the area around the roof well. The Foreman, Jeffrey, listened to and answered our questions patiently and explained what was going to happen that day. We are very happy with our Aluminum shake roof. It was a little on the expensive side, but we saw it as an investment not an huge expense. The owner Fred was very knowledgeable and explained the benefit of buying an aluminum roof once, versus buying another wood shake roof and then having to replace it again in ten or twelve years. The crew was very professional and clean. They didn’t leave a mess and didn’t blast their radio. The house seems twenty degrees cooler and the roof still looks brand new.
