Galvin is the President of Yankee Pest Control and currently sits as a Board of Director for the National Pest Management Association. He has been involved with the pest control industry since 1985 and founded Yankee Pest Control in 1990. He holds multiple state licenses and categories along with chairing multiple educational committees from K-9 scent detection to WDI.
His achievements in the industry are many but he is most proud of being the past president of the New England Pest Management Association (NEPMA) and being honored by the members of NEPMA as the 19th recipient of the Bart Eldridge award in 2012, given for a member's long-term commitment and betterment of the pest control industry in New England.

Used them for mice issue in the house. They put traps down inside house and look to see if there’s any gaps along the house where they can be getting in. They come every couple months to check the traps to see what bait was eaten and to refill the traps with new bait. But after having this issue a couple times with mice and using them I realize anyone can put their own traps down and look for gaps along your house. In a way you don’t need them for this issue. Kind of waist of money. They didn’t notice any gaps and said they could come in from the tiniest hole. The mice kept coming in our

Dennis from the Yankee Pest Control came for a preventative service. He was right on time, inspected the kitchen, basement and garage area and left some traps to be able to track activity if any. Sprayed outside in the back and front. Found a hole/hollow area near the sidesteps and sealed it with foam as a preventative measure. He also explained all the activities that he was doing and why. Great experience so far and will look forward to having him back in a couple of weeks for a follow up visit. Thank you, Dennis.

From start to finish, dealing with YPC was a breeze. I dealt with a few nice ladies in the front office when setting up my appointment. When the time came, I needed to speak with the technician because I was running late due to children! They got me in contact with my technician, Dennis. I gave Dennis the review of my issues that I was running into with rodents. He followed up with me every step of the way and came up with a plan to effectively handle the job. I wish his level of professionalism was common these days, unfortunately it’s not what I’ve found. He even contacted Galvin the owner

This company is wonderful! I hate that we have had to hire you and spend the money - it is quite expensive and I would have been better off choosing your yearly plan because it is less expensive than what I am getting for 3 months. Wish I had known this prior to the contract signing.
This said, your employees are wonderful! I spoke with A. in the office yesterday, she was extremely helpful and solved our problem in no time. Your techs are very personable, knowledgeable about the "business" and has great customer service ethic.
