Let me start off by saying that I'm someone who takes a lot of pride and care for my car, so taking my car to a body shop gave me a lot of worries lol. But let me say the people at this body shop took really good care of me and my car they did such a good job in such a good time frame! Only complaint was I noticed that my car had about 18 miles more on it but I understand they need to test drive it and all that, paint was perfect! I was rear ended in my 2018 Volkswagon. They walked me through every step piece by piece. Not only did they do amazing work ( can't even tell i was hit) I'm pretty sure the car looks better than it did before the accident. They shined it up and cleaned the inside really well. Very happy with their work.

Jeff was all business; no fooling around. He gave us a detailed quote and was able to get us in the next day. Jeff was courteous and did not try to pressure us into anything more that we needed. And the workmanship was great. Compared to another collision company we dealt with Jeff's business was quick, easy and comfortable.

I could not be more pleased with this service. I had a fender bender on a Tuesday and drove to Sullivan's to get an estimate. I did not have an appointment but they squeezed me in. They explained everything thoroughly and worked with my insurance company. I took it in for the actual service the next Tuesday and I had my car back two days later. Matthew was great to work with. I would highly recommend Sullivan's body and paint to any of my friends or family.

Recommended by all the automotive related experts (mechanics, detailers) that I consulted and well worth it. Sullivan's did a beautiful job on our 2016 Mazda MX-5 by panel beating out a dent in the body above the left rear bumper that affected the body curve over the tail light. A very slight compound curve and they got it right. Also they matched the medium blue paint perfectly.
Pleasant and easy to deal with. I recommend w/o any reservation.

Had Sullivan's repair my ram 2500 after It was hit earlier this month. State Farm has them recommend as one if there few preferred shops so after some research I dropped it off for repair. Not only was it done a week sooner then expected but they did some extra custom paint work I requested that looks factory. Very fair pricing too. By far the best experience I've had with any body shop in town. Thanks Jeff!

Best car service in Reno by far (live here 25 years). Good people will do a thorough estimate (best to their ability) that way you will not get a surprise bill at the end. Jeff at Sullivan spent a good amount of time evaluating the damage to my car. The estimate was spot on with no additional cost at pick up. My car looks good as new. He used original (Subaru) parts, and it was vacuumed and clean inside (inching on the cake )
I can tell you there are not many car shop I trust and I can not recommend Sullivan Car enough.

Okay... getting into a car accident was one of the worst experiences I've had.
That being said, my car is now fixed thanks to Sullivan's Body and Paint. They did an amazing job (MY CAR IS BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!), but I'm most grateful for how quickly they did it. Jeff Sullivan asked if my rental was covered by insurance and - since it isn't - he made what should have been a two week job into a 5 day job, with no effect on the high quality work the team there did. He did it solely to save me money, with no benefit to him.

**NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE**
On a recommendation from a local auto detailer, I came to Sullivan's to get an estimate on some paint and body work. When I walked in, there wasn't anyone at the front counter, and another customer had to alert an employee that someone was there. This employee wasn't friendly in the least, even when I gave her the name and detailer who referred me. She told me it would be approx 20 minutes before I could get an estimate. 35 minutes later, no one checked on me nor updated me on how much longer it would take to get a freaking estimate, so I left.

I had some paint work completed on my Dodge truck, The new paint looks great, the repairs were timely and the price was right. Thanks to the shops attention to detail they noticed a small chip in the windshield and we were able to get it taken care of at the same time.Thank you to everyone at Sullivan's Auto Body.

Carlos was amazing! I had dents and body damage on my brand new Honda CRV and he fixed it all beautifully. All the people I encountered were very professional, friendly and they did what they said they would. The work was done extremely fast and I'm very happy with my entire experience. When I left I noticed a small dent we had missed, I brought it back and Carlos fixed it right there in the spot in less than 5 minutes, no extra charge. I will absolutely use Carlos at Sullivan's any time I need body work done on my car.

This place does not live up to it's star rating. The guy doing my estimate made me feel like a total idiot. He wanted to do a repair that I was not good with. I asked to replace the entire part. He refused wanted to charge me labor to do the fix his way.
After visiting a couple more body shops. I found out that the fix this guy wanted to do was not even the right way of doing it. It was a repair that would allow them to charge my insurance for more labor.
I am even more disappointed in the 5 star rating they have.
I would not bring a demolition derby car to this place.

I just picked up my SUV for a fender bender. I'm taking a trip in the morning and needed my SUV by Saturday. Found out a local Lexus dealer didn't order the parts needed for repairs. Carlos called on Thursday to let me know what was going on, that I might not get my SUV until Saturday morning. He assured me one way or another my vehicle would be ready for my trip. He called me Friday and told me the parts came in and he would be trying to get my car ready by late Friday. Sullivan's Body and Paint did not disappoint. I picked up my SUV late Friday. My Mustang Convertible got run into by a kid on a motorcycle while the family was out driving it a few weeks ago. The motorcycle slammed into the right front quarter panel, making the passenger door inoperable. I should mention that this is a 2005 model with less than 12,000 miles on it so you can imagine it has been fully garaged over the years by myself and previous owners and rarely driven.
