AGENTS BEWARE: Totally pathetic company, asset manager is pathetic! Totally Awful communication with email bounce backs and no return calls! They make you continuously have to redo tasks! Stay as far away from this sorry excuse for an REO company as you can! And these clowns want a 35% referral fee. What a joke! They are complete Dirtbags! Plus they do not reimburse in a timely manner!!!
