Too many people are suffering from the symptoms of unresolved trauma, PTSD or other stress disorders. Feelings of powerlessness and hopelessness can lead to destructive behaviors that limit, debilitate and even impede our inherent need to thrive. Traditional trauma therapies often fall short, resulting in repeated and unnecessary cycles of human suffering.

I have referred several women for healing at this beautiful farm. The healers that run this place and guide these women's to their highest good is nothing short of miraculous. I love them and the work they do. I would recommend any lady struggling with trauma to go and soak in everything they have to offer.

I found this beautiful place to be exactly what I needed. I appreciate the fact that they incorporate both traditional and holistic therapies.
Somatic therapy was extremely helpful.
Each individual has their own treatment plan. Yet, we are living, learning, and interacting w women from all types of traumatic backgrounds.
I highly recommend 4winds farm!!

This place was really not for me. A lot of tough love which only stimulated my trauma, anxiety and addictive behaviors; only to be told they don't have time for what trauma behaviors were coming up for me.
Also, what they don't mention is they do ceremonies with magic mushrooms that they call 'medicine' and also micro dosing cylicybe and THC for medicine. Definitely some cool spiritual stuff and physical health like massage and acupuncture and Chinese herbs and QiGong (not my jam) but what I needed at the time was intensive treatment for my families and my affect from my alcoholism
