Having spent time on "both sides of the fence" I appreciate the obligation of a Builder working with sub-contractors and clients. My father was one of the premier Carpenter Contractors in the Detroit area from the 1950's through the 1970's. At the age of ten I spent my Summers on rough carpentry crews.
As I grew older I was introduced to finish carpentry. I was taught that it was not worth doing if it was not done right. My father always emphasized and displayed quality workmanship--a trait and tradition I have maintained and passed to my son. I have served at every level of construction/contractor services to include General Contractor and VP of National Bank, overseeing Facility Management, site acquisitions, and Branch Bank construction.

Purchased a house from AP builders with a 1 year warranty. Alex took care of the small warranty issues until I had a major roof problem that he does not want to cover under his warranty. Roof is falling apart and Alex's response is to walk away and force me to pursue him legally. Builders need to stand behind their work and their warranty and this one does not. These builders are only as good as the work they stand behind and AP builders does not stand behind there work. There are many builders on Marco Island, find a different one and avoid AP Builders.

Owner, Alex Parker did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. He used the best materials and has a great team working for him. When he left the house was clean, if I hadn't had a new kitchen I wouldn't have known he was there. He is a thrid generation builder and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a General Contractor.
