The first couple of times we used Marco everything was great. This last time we have had communication issues and he will not return our calls, texts, or emails and the job is still not finished. The problem we ran into was that our sign was supposed to have white letters with white bulbs, they installed red letters and red bulbs (clearly not what was agreed upon and a mistake on Marco's part). Marco wanted us to pay more money up front so he could fix his mistake. When we were unwilling to front any more money, he replaced the white letters, but not the bulbs and will not respond as mentioned
