Had paid Scott and associates A LOT of money to represent me in an RV lawsuit. My documentation regarding RV flaws and communications with plaintiffs was perfect. Scott et al are incapable of basic math. Scott does not know the difference between heat and temperature, nor the concept of gravity and wind velocity near the surface of the Earth. We did all but chew their food for them and we lost tens upon tens of thousands of dollars when Scott folded like a wet paper bag during mediation. It was a seriously pathetic spectacle to witness.
