We had been with USAA for a combined 30 years. We added a teen driver and they skyrocketed (doubling our policy). Ethan Gardner (Sharonda) undercut USAA by almost half with MORE coverage; we also checked numerous other companies and this was the “best bang for our buck”. We moved all of our policies to them. LOVE that when I call, there is no automated system—it’s just a real person immediately! We enjoy the StateFarm app as well. 10 out of 10 recommend. It’s nice to be back with a “hometown” company that truly makes you feel like a person and not just another policy.

I was introduced to Sharonda by my property management she is awesome! She was able to get my rental insurance at a rate that was less expensive than what I was paying previously. She was informative, courteous, professional and so easy to talk to. Whenever I call the office the staff is same way all the time which is why I decided to use them for my car insurance as well! I’m super happy with my decision.

I would just like to give a much deserved thank you to the entire staff, I’ve been with Mr Gardner’s agency for about three or four years now, after previously being with USAA, Mr Gardner was not only able to lower my auto insurance by a substantial amount, He also found me even better coverages and lower deductibles! Three vehicles with top notch coverages with Mr Gardners agency were still more affordable than one vehicle with usaa!! It was a no brainer when purchasing my first home to give the Ethan Gardner State Farm agency a call and they took care of all the insurance needs and questions

Competition… Never heard of it. I switched my insurance over from a so-called competitor which clearly was not the case. Ethan and his team saved me almost $5400 a year on my commercial and personal policy. They are very responsive and quick to send me any documents that I may need. His entire team is very friendly and takes a time to make sure you have a complete understanding of any situation. I would recommend them to anyone.

We switched to State Farm after having a not so great experience with another local insurance agency. Ethan and Sharonda worked with us the entire time to make sure we were getting the coverage we needed while also giving 5-star service the entire time. While getting insurance for our new home and switching auto insurance they made the process seamless.
