Beware! They do not offer frames paid by Medicaid ! I was SUPER annoyed bc when I made an appointment , no one mentioned that They ONLY take Dr. Dynosaur for the doctor appointment but they do not honor Dr. dinosaur for frames. I only learned this after my kid was done with the doctor appointment part and we were ready to get frames. It took weeks to get an appointment. So, rather than go somewhere else, I end up having to pay for frames. The last place I went offered a selection of frames paid by Medicaid.

Great Optometrist. I got special glasses (Neurolens) and I was hesitant at first because of the expensive price but the glasses have helped my headaches and helped me be able to spend most of the day in front of a computer screen without straining my eyes. Dr. Dora is an ultra smart 🤓 Optometrist. Her precise knowledge and advanced equipment provides an extra level of care that you won't find at other lens specialists. Her staff is greatly in tune to what you are looking for in a pair of frames or contacts. It always amazes me on how fast (almost instantly) they can select a pair of frames that I'm looking for and makes the visit so wonderful for me ... I looked for new frames... and I’m the worst shopper for glasses. All the ladies helped me and gave their opinions to help me decide. I was trying to hurry because I knew they closed at 5 but they made sure I took my time and got frames I love. I used to always just call around and pick an eye doctor by whoever had the first available appointment. I have been a patient here for a few years now and don’t intend on going anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would. I broke my glasses frames last week, and took them in to see what my options were. I work in health care and am working hard to prep for COVID-19 patients and needed my glasses desperately. Jordan looked to find replacements but they are weeks out, so she put my lenses into a set of frames they had in the shop was able to do this on very short notice before they closed on Friday. The weekend has been busy, many calls/meetings, and my glasses helped tremendously.

While at the car dealership, I bent my prescription raybans, also the nose pieces were misaligned and I didn't know how to fix it. I found Chroma Optics just a couple of blocks away (never happens) and stopped in to see if they had time to fix said glasses. Not only did the lovely woman on the desk take them immediately, but I was greeted by THE cutest doggo called Olive! The optometrist fixed my glasses in the blink of an eye, and brought to me clean and perfect again! Best part...no charge! Gotta say y'all made my day AMAZING service here - highly recommend!!

We felt that Dr. Dora was a good doctor, however, we were really disappointed when she reprimanded an employee while we were in her office for giving me a copy of my prescription when I called a couple of months earlier. Clearly, she wanted me to only buy my contacts in her office. We felt that it was unprofessional and clearly money is a priority based on this and past visits.

I just came from my first appointment with Dr. Sudarsky and it was, without reservation, the most positive experience I've ever had with an eye doctor, with contacts fittings, and with glasses selection. Not only was she professional, efficient, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, she made me feel immediately at ease, like we were pals discussing weekend plans. I had a prescription already so I didn't need an exam but wanted to update my current frames/lenses (progressives). I will be returning in to the future to having my eye exams done here. I saw all the wonderful reviews and was ready to give Chroma a chance after not having such good luck in the past with mall stores, Walmart and even on line frame/lenses stores. An office that goes above and beyond what anyone should expect from a medical office these days. With so much being pushed on doctors from the gov't and insurance mandates. I was amazed by the time spent to care for the needs of the patient. I've never had such an experience. Staff was very helpful. I can't say enough good about Chroma Optics and Dr. Sudarsky. I give them 10 stars if I could!!

Nice folks but fairly disorganized (although to be fair they were experiencing weird power issues the day of). My doctor wasn't Dr. Sudarsky and unfortunately I don't know the name of the woman who assisted me.

I tried all the eye doctors out there - my eyes have had their share of troubles, being injured from a concussion, and I've had enough eye drama for a lifetime. My vision was horrid, but the last guy I went to gave me the message, "sucks to be you." I left his office and cried in my car.

I was in desperate need of a checkup. i saw the positive feedback from fellow yelpers and gave chroma a try. what a great business. everyone there is very helpful and personable. they had the latest hardware for testing your eyes. they also had a huge selection of frames to choose from. you can't go wrong with chroma optics.
